TR35 Young Innovators - second edition
From June 30, 2011 open the second edition of TR35 Young Innovators, a competition in collaboration with Technology Review – Italy, the magazine of MIT. After the successful first edition, where many young Italian innovators participated, the TR35-YI resumes his search of best innovative ideas and projects of applied research developed in Italy, with relevant potential for the creation of technology based companies, developed by young people under 35 . Award for fgenE First Generation Entrepreneurs
fgenE is a new project launched and supported by RieForum. A competition dedicated to young first generation entrepreneurs: the prize is promoted in collaboration with L’Impresa, Italian magazine of management of the group IlSole24Ore. The aim of the prize is to award the best first generation entrepreneurs operating in Italy: in fact they give an important contribution for growth and economic development of our country. Which characteristics have the first generation young entrepreneurs? The profile of the best entrepreneurs will be published in L’Impresa magazine, the official website of the Research Innovation Entrepreneurship Forum and and in teh website of L’Impresa, on April 2012. In addition for to the winner of each category (under 25, under 30, under 35), there will be the opportunity to attend a course of Entrepreneurial Skills for free. The course will be organized by the University of Padua and by the Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning of the University of Cambridge. The Award Ceremony will be during the sixth edition of the Research Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum in Padua, Italy, on April 2012. International Symposium on Entrepreneurship and Innovation (ISEI)
The University of Padua is glad to announce the International Symposium on Entrepreneurship and Innovation, that will take place in Venice on Thursday 24th and Friday 25th May 2012. An innovative meeting that will join a community of researchers and scholars, presenting their projects, perspectives and results concerning entrepreneurship and innovation.
The Symposium will take place in the island of San Servolo, located in the heart of Venice, Italy. On the island, the former cluster of San Servolo will be dedicated to host the symposium and the participants that can work and relax in a peaceful park spread across 12 scenic acres with a panoramic view of Venice. The island is 10 minutes by boat from Saint Mark Square.
